SHIPPING POLICY

At selurimavex.com, we want your gift to arrive safely and on time. Below you will find everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship from Germany and deliver exclusively to addresses within Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to other countries.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

Standard Shipping

Cost: free of charge

Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

Insured Express Shipping

Cost: 4.95 euros

Delivery time: 2 to 3 business days

Your parcel is insured during transport.

You can choose your preferred shipping option during checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times start the day after your payment has been received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, delivery takes place on the next business day.

During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, deliveries may occasionally take a little longer. If you are ordering a gift for a specific date, we recommend ordering early or choosing our insured express shipping.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation, which includes tracking information where available.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@selurimavex.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order is shipped.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we kindly ask you to report this to the delivery driver and contact us at support@selurimavex.com, ideally with a photo. If your parcel has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please let us know and we will look into it right away.
