Welcome to selurimavex.com. These terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

 

1. SCOPE AND PROVIDER

 

These terms of service apply to all contracts concluded between you and us through the online shop selurimavex.com.

Our offers are directed at customers in Germany. We deliver exclusively to addresses within Germany.

 

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

 

The products shown in our online shop are not a legally binding offer. They are an invitation for you to place an order.

 

When you click the order button at the end of the checkout, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Shortly after, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation does not yet mean that your order has been accepted.

 

The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a separate order confirmation or shipping confirmation by email, or when we ship the goods.

 

Before you submit your order, you can review and correct all of your entries at any time. The contract language is English.

 

3. PRICES

 

All prices shown in our shop are final prices in euros and include the statutory value added tax. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout before you place your order.

 

4. PAYMENT

 

The available payment methods are displayed in our online shop and during checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed. If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right not to ship the order until payment has been received in full.

 

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

We ship from Germany and deliver only to addresses within Germany.

 

We offer two shipping options:

 

Standard Shipping: free of charge. Delivery usually takes 4 to 5 business days.

 

Insured Express Shipping: 4.95 euros. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days. This shipment is insured.

 

Delivery times start the day after your payment has been received. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the delivery period ends on the next business day.

 

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. If it cannot be delivered at all, we will refund any payment you have already made without delay.

 

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is visibly damaged, we kindly ask you to report this to the delivery service and to us at support@selurimavex.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

6. RETENTION OF TITLE

 

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

 

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several items in one order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

 

You must send back the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to your individual choice or specification, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs. This includes personalised products.

9. WARRANTY

 

The statutory warranty rights apply. If a product you receive is defective or not as described, please contact us at support@selurimavex.com so we can find a solution quickly.

 

10. LIABILITY

 

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, and under the Product Liability Act.

 

For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, meaning obligations whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on which you can regularly rely. In this case, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

 

13. FINAL PROVISIONS

 

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law only applies as far as it does not remove the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you normally live.

 

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
